Jeff’s leadership is marked by his ability to implement robust financial controls, streamline reporting processes, and deliver actionable insights that support organizational growth. His expertise spans financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, month-end close, profitability analysis, and the integration of advanced data analytics to enhance operational decision-making.

Prior to joining PARIC Holdings, Jeff held senior finance roles at Treat Planet, LLC and TAGG Logistics, where he managed finance and accounting functions during periods of significant growth and acquisition. He has a proven track record of leading teams through complex transitions, including ERP system integrations, acquisition diligence, and process automation initiatives.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri - St. Louis and is a licensed CPA in Missouri. Known for his analytical approach and commitment to continuous improvement, Jeff is dedicated to fostering financial health and operational efficiency throughout PARIC Holdings and its portfolio companies.
