Cliff Peterson is a financial industry leader with over 25 years of principal investing, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and operating experience. He joined PARIC Holdings in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. Cliff is responsible for PHG’s financial strategy, strategic planning development and execution, mergers and acquisitions and capital allocation.

Prior to joining PHG, Cliff was Chief Financial Officer of Potter Global Technologies, a leading global manufacturer of life-safety solutions including fire protection, sprinkler monitoring, access control and critical communication systems. During his tenure from 2012 - 2022, Potter Global Technologies grew over 10x through organic and acquisition initiatives with two different private equity ownership groups. Prior to Potter Global Technologies, Cliff spent over 10 years in the direct private equity market with Gateway City Capital Investors, Bank of America Capital Investors and Glencoe Capital investing over one billion in private investments across 20+ companies covering a diverse set of industries and markets.

Cliff serves on the Boards of the PHG portfolio companies and has served on several other Boards including Potter Global Technologies, PNA Holdings and American Pavement Preservation.

Cliff earned a B.S. and MBA from the University of Illinois.
