Dan Sullivan arrived at PHG with a unique background forged through over a decade of leadership as a United States Marine Corps officer and helicopter pilot. A native of St. Louis, Dan graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy before serving in a variety of operational roles across the United States.

At PHG, Dan leverages his leadership experience in dynamic, high-stakes environments to support operational due diligence, evaluate business performance, and identify strategic growth opportunities.

Following his service, Dan earned his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, where he focused on operational strategy and financial analysis. He is passionate about creating impact through disciplined analysis and effective execution. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and two children, golf, and St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
